After submitting my new patient application and waiting over a month to receive any kind of communication (to this day, they still have not contacted me), I called the office only to be given an unhelpful answer of, "Well, our staff member still hasn't reviewed your application and there's no one you can talk to." The incompetence was truly shocking. Thankfully, I was able to locate another practice that has actual courtesy and was able to get an appointment very quickly.
