"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY: He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I hired Matt to pour a patio slab under my deck. I paid my deposit of $2075 on 9/9/20. Matt has promised to start the job on multiple occasions. He’ll say I’ll start tomorrow then he doesn’t show up. He doesn’t communicate and he has one excuse after another for why he never showed up. I finally fired him on 10/8/20 and asked for my deposit back. He said he already spent the $$ but he never started my job. I’ve sent him countless messages today with no answer If he tries to deny it, I have messages to prove it and I will share them all here. I am filing a police report for stealing my money. Update- 7 days after Matt said he would pay me back, he has not done so.. one excuse after another. He will STEAL YOUR $$.. DON’T use him or you will fall victim to his million excuses and deception"

"It's great to see that Matt is able to do other jobs while I have been without a driveway for now going 5 weeks. paid $5000 down on June 29th, work began July 22nd and have yet to finish the job. Contacting Matt is a fun experience with little to no response for up to a week at times. Then when you do hear back, it is excuse after excuse on why there was a no show. Now nearly $6000 out of pocket after being forced to pay for additional materials and paying his employee to finish a wall, I am still without a driveway. Just gravel and wire frames, debris still laying in the yard, materials as well and on top of all that no fence that they took down for the side pad so my dog cannot go outside unless he is leashed since I live in a subdivision. What a great way to start a company, take some money, do a days worth of work and then move on to other projects and not finish this one."

"Everyone beware of Matt Brueggemann with ten point concrete solutions. I hired Matt to do a patio pour for me, I had to have it done the following week for a investor company I do work for. He said that he could have it done no problem. He asked for half down no a problem that’s pretty common. I asked him for the contract first and he came up with some excuse that his internet was down. That should of been my first indication something wasn’t right. But checking out his company profile seems like a pretty legit company so I went ahead and sent him $1300 through Facebook for the deposit on July 31st like he asked. He told me he would have it done Tuesday/Wednesday, come Monday I asked him if we were still on track for Tuesday/Wednesday he said he would have it done Wednesday but said he didn’t get the deposit. So I double check and sure enough it came out of my account I also messaged Facebook and they said it was deposited into his account as well. Wednesday rolls around I asked him if he was working on the job, he said that his sister was in a car accident and he had her kids so he wasn’t able to get over there that day. Seems like a excuse to me but whatever. He told me he would have it done Thursday Monday at the latest but he would be there Saturday to get it ready to pour Monday. I once again stressed to him how important it was to get this job done. I message him Sunday to make sure Monday was still on. He said he would be there. Monday morning the investor went over there to see how things were going at around 10:30 and calls me and says no one is there. I message Matt 2 times asking him what the deal was also calling him and leaving him 2 voicemails with no answer. I told him he either needs to get there that day or I need my $1300 back. He finally messages me back 2 and a half hours later saying that he seen rain in the forecast so he wasn’t going to be there that day and that he wasn’t even sure he got the $1300 I sent, Monday was sunny and 80 all day with not a spec of rain In the forecast. After I already confirmed it and sent him screen shots. He said that he would go to his bank and see if it was in there, you know because apparently he has enough money he doesn’t notice a extra $1300 sitting in his bank account. I told him I needed a answer that day or I would be getting my attorney involved and he rudely says “YOU WILL GET ONE” and that’s the last I heard from him. Luckily my bank was able to get me my money back. But I can’t imagine I am the first person he has screwed over. needles to say avoid this company and Matt at all cost. Very unprofessional and a scam artist he may look like he is a reputable company but he is far from it!"
