"The customer service skills leave a great deal to be desired, which seems to be the recurring theme from other individuals' reviews. However, the installer was awesome. Due to the sales rep's shortcomings, the guy had to return to get extra equipment because the sales rep failed to ask me questions regarding available headroom. After talking to the installer, the back and forth to the office seems to happen a lot. If they could clone the installer to be the one to answer the phones, I would absolutely send more business their way."

"I called them early in the morning and they arrived at 1pm that day and fixed my garage door which had a broken spring. I was surprised anyone in this day and age did same-day service! They did a great job and my garage door was fixed by the time I came home from work. Labor was a little pricey, but it's the price you pay for a double-car garage spring setup, I guess. Thanks!"

"They appeared to be overbooked and I had to be proactive to get them to do a estimate and order the door.............I called them multiple times and I got no followup response. That said, the technicians doing the installation were excellent and I've had no problems with the equipment."

"When the repairman showed up he realized he didn’t have the correct piece(a trolley?) to finish fixing the door. He grumbled for a few minutes and said he would have the piece mailed to me. He then gave me a 2 minute tutorial as to how to fix it myself. 10 days or so, the piece came in but I couldn’t get it to close properly so I called and asked them to have a repairman stop by the next time they were in the area. The second guy was very professional and he fixed it properly and I paid him the $250+ for the original work. Then....I received another bill for them having to come back out to finish the job. I called the owner and he said it costs him $45/ hour just to put a truck on the road.and that in all his years repairing doors he’d never seen the trolley go bad. (I’m still trying to figure out why that is my fault.) They get 2 stars because the second repair guy and the receptionists were nice and easy to work with and because the door was fixed. I’m just upset about the extra $50+ charge that nobody mentioned ahead of time. If you use these people get a solid quote in hand ahead of time."
