Phase 2 Contracting

"Phase 2 finished part of my basement that was left unfinished from the initial construction. I highly recommend them to anyone for this type of work. I received four quotes from other contractors and Phase 2 were very competitive. Quality of work is outstanding, they were extremely easy to work with and dealt with everything from structural upgrades, framing, electrical, HVAC, finishes (flooring, drywall, paint, doors etc). The team had practical design solutions and accommodated some changes along the way due to my own errors, which I really appreciated. Couldn't be happier with the experience and one of the intangibles worth noting is that Adam and his team are great people who I felt completely comfortable being in my house with my young children present at times."

"They were the WORST landlords I ever had. For a solid year we informed them of the issues of our home. Once I contacted the city of the living conditions they FINALLY did "something" . But they never came back to finish the job they started. Another year went by of us steady asking when the repairs would be finished. They would tell us excuses after excuses. We decided we needed to move out not just because they were horrible but because we had a baby on the way and there was no way our baby would live in that place. They don't even repair anything. They rig it up to make it look nice but its still old underneath. They even had the nerve to raise our rent. I asked for my deposit back because we had a different landlord when we moved in and alot of the damage was already there when we got there. But wasn't as bad. Only got worse over the years. The fact they didn't do what they were supposed to do should entitle me to get my deposit back. They have never responded to my messages. My advice to anyone even thinking of renting from them. Please DONT. I would never recommend them to anyone no matter how nice the place may look. They are cheap. And do things cheap."
