"We called around initially to get quotes for a new driveway. Dale came out and talked with us and seemed to know his stuff, gave us a price and left. After careful discussion, we were going to go with another contractor that was about $3k less that Dale. I wanted to let Dale know that while we liked all he said, and since we’re not planning on starting in the house but 3-4 more years or so, we were going with the cheaper route. He offered to match the competitor and still offer all that he mentioned to us previously, including replacing the current front patio. After the work was completed, I noticed that the driveway just didn’t look as wide as before. It was supposed to be 18’ wide, but upon measuring the new driveway, it came to 16’9”. My wife ask Dale while he was working on The new driveway if it was going to be 18’, both times she asked, he said most definitely and not to worry. So when I called him to let him know that our new driveway was 15” narrower, he offered a small refund at first and I told him that wouldn’t solve our smaller driveway. I told him I felt he took a few shortcuts in order to maximize his profit since he was getting paid less. While it was his choice to do the job for a lesser amount, he clearly wanted to save on having to get a third truck of concrete to do the job correctly and as stated in his contract. He then offered to come back out and pour an extension of two extra feet to make up for his screwup. We accepted this so we could have enough room to park two cars side by side with enough room open the doors and not hit each others cars. The work was done is April of 2024. Here it is August, and we’re already seeing small cracks on our patio and driveway. We’re very disappointed with the overall work and communication from Dale and his company. For anyone looking to hire him, make sure you get a warranty and every detail of your job spelled out in the contract. There’s too many other good company’s out there. Shop around folks!!!"

"We had Cochran Concrete LLC out to replace our driveway and walkway to the front door. We had contacted 3-4 other local companies for bids. Cochran’s returned our call within hours, where the other companies took several days. Cochran’s came out within a day of initial contact and gave us a bid. After checking with his suppliers on materials and availability he actually lowered his initial bid to our delight, meanwhile we were still waiting to hear from the other companies. Cochran’s told us they could likely start the following week. We ultimately contracted with them. They listened to my desires, gave suggestions, and we agreed agreed on what would be done, to include a pvc pipe to be used as a conduit for running heavy duty extension cords through it for Christmas and landscape lighting, while avoiding a trip hazard for ourselves and visitors. They set to work as promised, did a phenomenal and beautiful job, in a timely fashion. I would and will definitely recommend them to others!"

"Cochran’s Concrete removed our existing four car parking pad and poured a new four car parking pad. They were on schedule, worked full days and provided excellent workmanship. The whole project was completed within 5 days. We would highly recommend them."

"Paid $1,800 in Sep 18 to have a concrete pad replaced that was sloping towards the house. The new concrete pad that does the same thing. When it first was found to be collecting water, I brought it to Dale's attention and he came out and cut relief lines to channel water away which did not work. From the contractor I had to hire to remedy: "The concrete slopes towards the house and floods the back patio. The slope is completely wrong. The pad was installed wrong as they were supposed to put gravel underneath it and didn't. Also the cuts (relief lines) violate every concrete code." Recommend looking elsewhere."
