"This place preaches customer first and customer service excellence but they certainly do not practice it. I get people are busy, but a simple update or phone call explaining the situation takes little effort. Almost 2 months and several calls later no quote and no correspondence in relation to. I hate wasting my time and that's exactly what they did. Unprofessional."

"My initial experience was great. I met, at the recommendation of my carpet supplier, with Rob B from ACME. He came out pretty quickly to look at the scope of my project and took detailed notes. We spoke a few times after that but he never, after a month, even submitted a bid to me. After lots of, “I'll get it to you tomorrow”s I gave up and moved on. From what I hear, they are capable of doing great work, but if you expect to actually get your work done or have your estimator call you back, I would recommend just about anyone else besides ACME. Hate to say that about a local company but reality can be difficult at times. I made one (nearly) final attempt to reach out to anyone else in the office. The automated system did not provide any additional confidence in this company. As I was writing this, I called one final (yes, actually final) time and asked to speak with someone else. They took a message for me and promised a call back. Let’s hope they follow through. . I hope to be able to change this review to something more positive but I am not optimistic."
