"Their website posted a beautiful home for $245,000!! It took s a while to find the subdivision and it was even down a dead end road. We went and looked at the home, loved it and were ready to talk details until when we sat down. There was suddenly a typo on the website! The house was really $340,000 NOT $245,000!! Odd typo, don't you think? Was this a ploy to get buyers to drive all the way out to your community?? Terrible! For that, we won't look to Myers to build my son's house!"
