"I was in a pinch to get a new roof for insurance purposes. I called Midwest Stormtech an they where out the next day with a quote. He had the best offer by far. Within two weeks( because of the rain), he had his crew out here, an had tore my old roof off, repaired what needed to be repaired, and the new roof on, cleaned up all in 3.5 hours. "Upon inspecting our roof, the owner of Midwest StormTech told us he was was fairly certain he could get us a new roof with our insurance company. We told him we didn't want to make a claim unless he was absolutely positive he could get us the new roof, to which he said he was. We then filed the claim and set up the appointment for the adjuster to come out at the same time as the owner. We waited two weeks and then at the last minute, the owner of Midwest Stormtech says he mixed up his schedule and cancelled on us. We had to reschedule and wait another 2 weeks for them to both align and be out here at the same time. Well not only did we not get the new roof approved but when the he found out we weren't getting the insurance money, he bugged out without even stopping to discuss further options with us. This is what upset me the most. What he didn't know was that I could have paid for a new roof 20 times over out of my pocket if it came to it."
