"From the sales rep, Steve, the office staff to Tommy and Jared who blew the fiberglass insulation in to bring the attic to R49 the whole experience was positive. Great communication from a professional efficiently run company. Never called anybody else as it was a fair price with a reputable contractor (also recommended by roofer). Very pleased with the installers. They answered my questions, were on time and friendly. Highly recommend based on my experience. Thank You!"

"Not pleased with the sales team whatsoever. Tuesday 01/02 I contacted office and very nice lady on the phone forwarded my info to salesman so I could inquire about purchasing insulation for my building. Wednesday 01/03 I had no response so I went ahead and filled a quote form on website listing my contact info and a general statement of what I was looking into. Hopefully thinking there was a back up after being off for the holidays. Friday, 01/05 I still had not received a response. I re-contacted office and advised the lady I had not received any phone call or text from the sales team. She provided me with Jacks direct contact number. I reached out, left a voicemail and was returned with no response, again. 2 stars for the respectful lady in the office. 1 star to the sales team. I myself is in sales, I make no money unless I sell product. I received another quote from a different insulation business same day I called, I’ll give them my business."

"**UPDATE 5/23/22** Within an hour after posting this review, I received a call from the owner, who I had not previously dealt with. He was very apologetic for all of the issues and offered to do whatever necessary to correct the situation. Another service call was scheduled to fix the attic access hatch. The service guy also took care of an issue that I hadn't discovered until after speaking with the owner where the batting around the attic fan was causing problems with the fan blade. Much better experience this time around. It's just unfortunate that I had to go through this much effort to finally get quality service and the job done right. Rating increased from 3 to 4 stars because of the owner's willingness to make everything right. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Hired Insulation Pros to add blown-in insulation to my attic. Installation crew left a mud stain on my carpet and black fingerprints all over my attic access hatch. Job was left incomplete as they did not properly batt around my attic fan. I immediately reached out to the sales person, and we was very apologetic, however, it took over a month for a crew to return to finish the job - and this was only after I received a call attempting to collect the balance due on the job. And I still had a mess to clean up of chunks of insulation that fell through the attic fan vents for several uses after the job was done."

"Steve came out to bid the job on time and was very helpful in deciding how to proceed. Chris and Josh, the installers were friendly, on time, careful with my home (my attic access is in the Master Bedroom closet) and did an excellent job.
