"I can not say enough about the service I received. It was wonderful! I have been trying to get a CPAP for a long time. I had taken sleep studies and fully qualified, told that it would be turned over to a medicare provider and never received a single call, text, or email. I contacted DME and spoke to Paige. She told me what she needed and I had my ENT Doctor to supply her with all the info. I had my wonderful CPAP system in a week and a half, after a 2 year wait. All DME personnel were friendly, courteous and treated me like family and Paige was a god send. Thank you so much, all of you, and Paige is now my go to if I ever need any type of medical prescription equipment."

"Horrible experience.Not even worth a one star!! My moms physician ordered a wheel chair. When it finally came today it did not have any foot rests on it. When we questioned them about it they said the Dr. Did not order them!!! It’s pretty much a no brainer that if you have an order for a wheel chair for an 87 year old women that it might need somewhere where she can put her feet!! They then told us that the Dr. Needed to put in another prescription for the foot rests. NOT! Informed them to come get it and ordered one on line for 160.00 and quests what? It comes with the foot rests!!!"

"I feel they are scamming Medicare and they make demands on customers without sending invoices for equipment. When you make the request for an invoice or try to discuss what Medicare EOB reads the office manager gives you nothing but BS. She is very demanding, rude and talks around what is really needed. Im filing a Grievance with Medicare. My suggestion is DON’T use this company. Shop on the intranet it’s cheaper and you don’t have the rudeness from Demand Medical they seem to thrive on giving their customers!"

"Paige was very helpful getting me set up with my CPAP. I’ve had to call a couple times since my initial consult to order parts, and it is always very easy and smooth working with Paige and the DME team. At least for sleep apnea - I highly recommend this group."

"I purchased a hospital bed and a wheel chair on May 19, 2021. I starting having trouble with the rail, because it was the railing and was used for patient's safety the paramedics attempted to assist but to no avail. Since it was 4th of July weekend we had to baracade the bed and wait for staff to return the next business day. When I received a service call the technician was excellent. No problem.. Over the course of a little over a year I have had the same problem until finally company switched the defected rail. Lately had a wheelchair issue: brake wouldnt hold and I was advised to replace the brake at my cost. My last service call cost 75.00 because my warranty has expired. Please shop around before using this company. It is evident that they are not concerned with safety or intergrity."
