"One doctor in this practice provided a referral for someone in this area to manage my pain pump. This was very specific. When I went to the referred doctor and asked if he managed pain pumps at my appointment, he said he had nothing to do with them. After making him aware of this result and without an apology he sends me to a doctor specializing in pain pumps at MCG or AU Health. After 1 appointment and a followup one, I find out he has a exclusive contract with a company who does not accept Medicare and the cost is $4,000 for each refill about monthly (note current cost is $2,000 and paid by Medicare 100%). The company was AIS. After contacting them, I discover Dr. Sun at MCG does not even have ONE PATIENT on a pain pump. This is an abuse of Medicare by doctors. Since then my doctor at Family care group of Thomson refuses to treat me. I don't even know if one of their other doctors will act as my Primary Care physician!"

"From what others have said it sounds like your experience depends on what department you're visiting. As for my family's experience, they praise both staff and Primary Care Dr McLaughlin. Staff are personable and compassionate. They will work with you to move up your appointment if there is a cancelation. (Thank you patients for taking the time to actually cancel so another patient can take your spot, btw.) The Dr is friendly and patient. She will take the time to address your concerns without acting like you're bothering her. She is personable and my family highly recommends her."

"Whomever made the BIZARRE appointment rules: a pox on you. That's the most jacklegged process in the history of all appointment making. Hopefully you will experience this tomfoolery and then you'll know what that drivel sounds like. That poor scheduler. Seriously, this is what patient "care" doesn't feel like."

"It's a shame they don't listen to u they be gone for several months have to wait until next year to be seen. They don't care about u anymore its sad and there nurse don't return your phone calls..I guess am going somewhere else.. "Wow, I never go out of the way to leave a review but lately I haven’t had the best experience. This place has just been the most convenient so I tried again. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter this morning, the lady on the other end was very rude and short. My daughter is sick and since they didn’t have an opening until the afternoon, I declined so I can take her to urgent care. When I told her this, she said “mhm” and then hung up. They don’t value customer service anymore. I won’t be going back"
