"I needed to order hardware. I have an account. The customer service from the Brunswick Georgia location is nothing short of a joke!!! I sent an email with my order on Jan 3rd 2024....no response I sent a follow up email on Jan 8th 2024, again no response. I called twice with no answer and on the 3rd attempt Ieft a message. No call back, even after several days. I called again and finally someone answered the phone. They looked through their emails while I was on the phone and found my emails and made the order. That was on Wednesday Jan 17th. They placed my order and said I should have it Friday but no later than Monday Jan 22nd 2024. I called Tuesday the 23rd with no answer so left a message. To this day no one has called me back, emailed, texted or otherwise made any contact with me about my order!"
