"They asked for a google review so here ya go, because they need more people to know they are here. Perhaps if you wish to retain patients you should have your appointments on time AND not leave a patient in the room for an hour. Appointment was at 230 was sent back at put in the room at 243, talked to nurse and waited. Was not told that the Dr was behind and might be longer than normal NOTHING was said. Waited and waited, nobody came and checked on me, at 347 I opened the door to the room I walked out and did not receive a phone call so I’m guessing that they think I’m still in there."

"I Love this office so much! Carla,Lucy and Dr. Anderson are wonderful! I had surgery in October 2022 and Dr Anderson did the surgery! He was always so kind and walked me through every step! Carla has been through every step with me. She always has helped me any way she can! She has a really big heart for her patients! She goes above and beyond and I just love her so much! She works so hard for this office! Lucy at the front desk is such a sweetheart and is very hardworking just like Carla, and always keeps up front running smoothly and helps out in the back when they need her! This is a really great office all around and I'm so glad Dr Anderson took my case for Surgery and saved my foot! Would highly recommend this office!!"

"This facility has some of the kindest, knowledgeable, and professional healthcare providers. In particular I’d like to give the BIGGEST shout out to Carla! Carla seems to the backbone of this facility and with her positive attitude and friendly spirit, I will never go to any other podiatrist. Dr. Anderson handles the procedures with care and compassion unlike any other doctor I have seen in the past. If you need answers and help this is the place to schedule your appointment."

"Consistent disregard for how long patient is made to wait to be served. I waited 1 hour before I was seen by Dr Anderson and when I expressed my concern- he did not acknowledge my concern and he was not apologetic. This was my second visit because at the first visit he totally blew me off on a question that I had about the treatment of my issue. At the end of my recent and what I decided to be my last visit I determined that I don’t have confidence in Dr. Anderson as a medical professional. Also, he is incapable of developing a relationship with his patients that would lend to their feeling confident in his ability to accurately deliver treatment. I didn’t feel like he cared about me at all - he proceeded to start cutting away on my toe without explaining to me what he was doing and trying to accomplish. - he just quickly grabbed the instrument and started chiseling away on my toe and when I expressed discomfort his response was that it wasn’t bleeding - I said oh, so you are trying to make me bleed”? I had actually referred my 87 yr old mother to him - however, I’m definitely not going to let her go back. I am a veteran so this was a VA Community Care referral- least to say I will be making them aware that veterans should not be referred and treated by this quack. He doesn’t even invest in buying new medical uniforms . He wears faded worn out scrubs - that is a “red flag” in itself."

"Office is really old, not well kept in my opinion. Staff was nice. The wait time was RIDICULOUS. Appointment time was 12:30pm. I didn’t get back into the room until a little past 1:00pm. I then waited for over 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor. I was at their facility for about 3 hours total for my appointment. Time is very important for all of us. Please respect that."
