"This doctors office is not organized. The doctor isn’t even aware of your ever admitted or have a procedure done even if it was at Erlanger Hospital, which is the hospital that she’s associated to. The nurses, except two of them, are rude and disrespectful. They also will go in the back and tell the doctor not to see you if you’re just five minutes late for your appointment. To get contact with the office is difficult and to get contact with the doctor is impossible. This primary care is the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with and I will not be returning."

"Dr. Djernes is a very detailed doctor and a doctor who cares about her patients. She not only cares about us physically but our mental health as well. With her suggestions I have adopted a much healthier way of life. I am a senior citizen and had isolated since relocating to Chattanooga. This is not my normal.
