"I was a patient of Dr. Dills. Her and the office ladies were always great to me. HOWEVER, I just called (8/5/2024) to get an anxiety prescription refilled and was just told that Dr.Dill no longer works there and they will not refill my medication without an appointment with the new doctors. I was never notified my doctor left until I called today. I also have ulcerative colitis which can flare up due to stress. I was told they don’t know where Dr.Dill went and they have no contact information for her. The medicine I was on can cause withdrawals if I don’t come off of it slowly. I have no medication left and they wouldn’t do anything to help me when I called today. This experience alone is the worst ive had with any business. It meant so much to me to have my anxiety feel under control and my uc in remission. Their next available appointing is next Tuesday and I was told the new doctors may not prescribe the same medication. UPDATE: 8/7/2024 My OBGYN at Galen group in Eastridge scheduled an emergency appointment for me at 8:45 this morning and they refilled my prescription. One of the office ladies at Brainerd primary contacted me around 10:45 am to inform me someone cancelled their appointment this afternoon and they could fit me in. I appreciate the effort but my OBGYN stepped up in a situation that was in no way their responsibility. The effort made by Brainerd primary care today is appreciated but it doesn’t change the stress I went through yesterday. My 1 star review stands for that reason."

"If you are fortunate enough to find this hidden gem , you have found a top notch Medical facility that surpasses all others this native Chattanoogan has experienced. This was a ' stumble upon ' when I felt I was out of options. I was greeted with warmth and understanding by Kaneisha ,who quickly arranged my Appointment with kindness and Mattie's patient assuring smile that let me know I was in good hands. It is a bonus to know these receptionist's will be there . Dr. Memon's broad based Medical knowledge and professional manner addressed several issues accurately . I can't thank him enough. My follow up with Katie for my Wellness Exam reflected a very caring compassionate practitioner , who took the time and went above and beyond to address several medical issues in a thoroughly thoughtful manner. The care I received at Brainerd Primary Care surpassed all my expectations. It was a true Oasis for me in my Wellness Journey. All of these professional people have made a difference in the quality of my life. My heartfelt thanks to everyone there. So glad I 'happened'upon this quality facility."

When you walk in, not only is it clean and welcoming, you’re greeted by friendly staff (who remember my name) that acknowledge and take care of you right away. I have never waited long to be seen. Katie Campos, the NP I see… is who I believe most providers aspire to be. She listens, is intelligent, warm, receptive, and she cares. I’ve never felt like just a number with Katie & Co.
