"This place is the best, never had any office treat me like this, from the front to the end - Madison and kayla amd pft and nurse practioner Melissa, Dr Purvis, everyone was a God sent that I encounter God was through the whole visit"
"Be sure that you read EVERY form that they ask you to sign. One form makes you agree to be responsible for anything your insurance does not pay! The doctors and nurse practitioners I have dealt with are all good, but the office policies leave much to be desired. *****Your response leaves a lot to be desired. Why do you (and others) have this policy? Because you are more concerned with MONEY that you are with treating you r patients. You KNOW that my insurance (or the VA in this case) WILL pay all medically necessary charges. This applies to most insurance and Medicare patients. MONEY is your motivation, not patient care.*****"
"I like the employees fine. I do not like sitting 55 minutes past my appointment time before getting seated in a room. Then waiting another 15 minutes to see my Doc. Everyone there is kind and attentive."
"Office staff is rude from the telephone clerk, Abby to the so called “office manager” Jennifer. Where are their communication skills and compassion!! It illustrates a lack of training that the office manager has not trained her staff how to deal with elderly patients. The doctors are wonderful but need to read these terrible reviews about their office staff. Drs. Sexton, Purvis and Doty have a great bedside manner. Will not be seeing them again because of their office staff."
"I have had issues for the past 8 weeks with chest hurting, hard to breathe, fever, etc. Been to the ER 3 times had all kinds of test done. I had my very first appointment here today and from the moment I walked into my appointment at 7:15 this morning, everyone was so nice! Rachel (nurse practitioner) was very kind and thorough, then she went and got the doctor which was Dr. Sexton. I was really impressed with him. He listened to me, had questions, and pulled the ER file from Flowers for the results. I sure wish I could use them for all my medical needs and not just lungs!"
