"Saw Dr. Evans yesterday. He is a very nice man but does not listen to his patients and is very inflexible. I have had back pain 30 years and in that time I have acute flares that are so bad it is difficult for me to even walk. When I was still in the military I was referred to Pain Management in Florida. The Docs there did a thorough exam and looked at my MRI themselves. Dr. Evans did a very limited exam and said “I don’t see anything in your MRI report that would make me do a procedure on you.” Maybe that’s because you didn’t look at the films yourself.” This is a huge no no for surgeons and interventional radiologists. The first visit was a waste, I was offered an OTC ointment to rub on my back. Hello, people don’t go thru the trouble of seeing their PCM to get a referral to a specialist just to be offered an OTC med. Like I said earlier I have had back pain 30 years. If an ointment could fix me I would not have come to see you doc. Also, I did not want pain meds. I told them even if they offered pain meds I would not take them. I wanted a procedure that has worked well in the past and kept me pain free for over a year. If only docs would listen to their patients history healthcare in the USA would be so much better."
"I love Dr. David Evans. He is so thorough in his evaluation, and he has a great bedside manner and a very great personality. He has helped manage my pain greatly! He is excellent in doing epidurals in my back. He has never hurt me, and he talks to you doing them, so it makes me forget that he is putting a needle in my back. Definitely recommend him! His nurse Carmen, she is super awesome too!"
"Great staff. Michele Chandler is always so sweet, and kind and personal with my care.Dr Willis is very professional, always willing to address any concerns that i may have with my treatment, he always explains in detail what he recommends for me to achieve my health goals. He is really passionate about his patients, and takes great pride in treating people well. All the staff in his clinic work as a team to achieve great patient care. I recommend he and michele to anyone that may be having pain issues and require pain management. They work very well together!"
"Everyone treats you so kind, they make you feel calm and they discuss anything with you. I lost my husband 2 years ago and every time i see Morgan and Dr. Willis they always are so thoughtful. They are always kind to me. They understand i always came with my husband and it was very hard for me to go there without him. But they both helped me through the rough times i would break down crying because the chair beside me was empty and they would both be so caring, not cold like that didn't matter. And if they see this I want to thank you both again so much for helping me through those rough times. And thank you for always encouraging me to go forward."
"This office from the front desk to the nursing staff and lastly the doctors are professional but kind and understanding . I have been and are treated with respect and compassion with each visit. I am grateful I was referred to this clinic. They treat the whole person not just your diagnosis. They're knowledge and understanding of often complex health problems is always taken care of with treatment that is explained to me so I can understand it and it's done with competent and compassionate care. I am seen in a timely manner and always leave knowing I have been heard concerning any problems I may have . It's one doctor's office I don't dread going to because I know they care about me and are working to improve my life in every aspect."
