"Saw Newsboys concert and purchased VIP Platinum tickets. (Extra $75 for seating in first two rows) Upon arrival, there was no VIP platinum section as pictured in the venue map. In fact, many in the VIP seating area had no seats at all and were forced to stand. The staff said they sold more tickets than they had seats for. One family was devastated and I asked the staff if I could help carry chairs down to them, as there were plenty by the concessions area. Eventually some chairs were brought but not enough for all. Many asked for refunds and if they could sit in the bleachers instead, they were denied. The young lady at the VIP ticket entrance was incredibly dismissive and rude. Be careful when purchasing upgraded tickets at this venue. I drove 2 hours and bought these tickets to surprise my father who is a long time fan, we were thrilled to sit in the first two rows for the first time ever. Instead we grabbed the last two seats in the 4th row. Other platinum ticket holders also had to sit in the last rows, with regular VIP tickets ($75 less per ticket) snagged the first rows of seats. I would have not spent the extra $150 if I had known this section was falsely advertised. I attached a photo of the venue map from website. The main entrance and VIP have no access/connection. I was unable to access any merchandise tables or the larger bathrooms/concessions. The bathrooms in the VIP section were very dirty, the women’s restroom did not have doors but thin plastic curtains. Both toilets overflowing with waste upon arrival an hour before concert start. When concessions served a soda, the top of the soda can was covered in dirt and grime. I asked for a wet wipe to clean off, they had this handy as this is what always happens “in the place they store the sodas”. The Newsboys performed incredibly as always, and mentioned they were the first band to ever play in this venue. I hope this feedback helps the venue improve their services for future concerts."

"Great little race track we had a wonderful time watching the Newsboys here we've been to a couple races over the years you could update the bathrooms or keep them cleaner and put some lights in the parking but other than that the staff is friendly there's no security issues"

"First time at the track tonight and it was a very fun night. We traveled an hour and a half to get there but we will travel again because we had alot of fun and the food was amazing. The track is one of the best dirt tracks we have been to. Definitely recommend for a family night too."
