"If I can give them a worse rating, I would. My appointment was at 10:00. I was there at 10:00 maybe 10:04. They said I couldn't be seen because I wasn't there at 9:30. My appointment wasn't at 9:30, it was at 10:00, but they have a policy that you have to be there 30 minutes prior. I never heard of any such thing in my whole life. I became irate, I drove an hour to get there, I was there on time and the doctor did not want to see me. I served my country, I got hurt and they would not see me. I told them would not leave until I saw the doctor. I didn't do anything wrong, I was there on time. They refused service, without any reason unless you want to count that they said 9:30; even though, I showed them proof that my appointment's was at10:00. Veterans, active duty members,do not go there. They are not worth it. I was in my truck about to drive off, they call the cops on me and then they decided not to press any charges, because I didn't do anything wrong. All I did was request to see the doctor and told them I wasn't going to leave until I saw him. The police were very nice. Support your brothers in blue"
