"Product came damaged... no one to speak with over the phone... broken online claim process that times out and after 5 attempts I thought it went through but 48 hours later and still no response as it said I would have a response... Monday I am calling my credit card company to resolve the issue by reversing the charge if i don't hear back... box delivered broken and a giant home ripped on the top and another slice along side the hole with 3 tables shifting inside so all 3 tables have some damage on their parts. Update: asking me to update this as a follow up. I was told my replacement product would take longer than the first one with no information about returning the damaged product. This process is dragging out as this process has to be done through an online claim and email process... talking to someone on the phone is always a faster and more efficient process. Currently still waiting for the resolution that's estimated to be 2 weeks or so out. Update: 5/28/2024 they told me to contact the shipper and change the address myself... what moron thinks a receiver and someone that is not the shippers customer can actually change the incorrect address. You need to take accountability or I am reporting for fraud as I am clearly not getting what I payed for."
