"Kawasaki had a recall and they told me to take my mower to this crooked clown. We called this crooked clown and told him about the recall and he said to bring the mower to him and he would fix it. He said he already had the new part in his shop so he could go ahead and put it on. We had to get someone to take it to his shop and I thought he would fix it while they were there because it was just a voltage regulator and its only 2 short screws. Any idiot with a screwdriver could do it. Except for this one apparently. After about a week and a half we called him to see what the deal is. They had to order the part. Huh? Ok. So then another week goes by and he texts me and says he got the part . This was Wednesday March 13th. He would try to have it fixed by Friday. Huh? Two screws? Ok whatever. So I text him Friday and get no response. I text him Monday "Ill get the mechanic to look at it . Today or tomorrrow. " I wait until Wednesday and call but my patience had reeached its end. " Today or tomorrow. " Again. So Friday the 29th my mom drives there and then she gets informed by a very rude frank that he fixes the machines he sells first and everything else comes later. And it might be a month or more before they fix our mower. Well why didnt you tell us this before we paid somone to deliver the mower to you just for you to let it set out in the rain???? Also, Exactly how many mowers that you sell need to be fixed that its going to take you a month to fix them all? It sounds like you sell junk to me. So we had to pay to get it brought back home and now we are 5th in line at a decent shop in Vidalia. Someone who told us not to bring the mower until they had the part. Someone with some sense. Not like frank. Stay away from frank!"

"Frank always fix my husband's lawnmovers and does a fantastic job. We took our four wheeler today. We will see how well he find the problem and get it back to working for us. Prices are moderate to high, depending on the issues."

"IF You own a country clipper brand zero turn mower this is your guy right here to get parts from and repairs. There is no other country clipper dealer in Augusta Georgia or around and this guy right here is a very very nice fellow. They stayed over an extra 30 minutes at the shop while waiting on me to come from Augusta Georgia for an emergency part. That right there means a lot to the people means a lot to me especially."

"Only one star because i had to give something to right this review... Frank is a crook!!!! Went to pick up my mower deck and was told it had already been picked up on july 3rd... When asked who picked it up they failed to produce a name and refused to rewind the camera so we could see who did... Claimed the camera had already been reset and he goes the thing.... Told me he didnt want to get involved.... Really??? Needless to say I will be filing a police report...Just thought i would share my pleasant experience with Franks powersports so maybe it wouldnt happen to anyone else"
