"Since RHP has taken over the roads are falling apart. Trees are still dying. At least the Boatman's did something. Also, the lot rent goes up about $30 month every year. If I could move, I would. All RHP is interested in is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. Hiring Scott Walker was the only good thing RHP did."

"Horrible, filthy, nasty trashy neighbors home was condemned & park manager Julie had it exterminated. He trashed the place inside and out & never did a thing to it. For months you could see the roaches crawling across the lawn infesting responsible peoples homes! Even had dogs living in their own feces with millions of roaches. His two filthy never washed trash cans were ridden with stuck on food, soda, etc. & served as a buffet for roaches. You could see the roaches climbing outside of his trashy filthy home! He left tons of his trash under the carport. Julie is having it cleaned up and exterminated. Thank you Julie & her staff. Roaches carry diseases & decent people don't live with roaches or let them infest their neighbors homes!"

"I have only had wonderful experiences with the staff and my new neighbors here at Valley View. When I have called for any repair or service, I have been called back and the repair made either the same day or the next at the latest and if it can't be done the same day, I get a courtesy call letting me know the status. I adore Taylor, Krista handled our closing and was patient with all our questions and made the process smooth and enjoyable, and Scott is The Man!! He has come in clutch with resolving some maintenance needs that were a nuisance for our new build home but not crushing. The community is friendly, quiet, and homey. I'm looking forward to community events to get to know even more neighbors."

"This place is corrupt in many ways. One of their corruption schemes is to put new toxic carpet in trailers and leave metal nails all over to poke your feet on. We've asked them nicely to fix this problem after giving them a lot of evil money. They will not help. Mirrors are another corruption scheme all over the inside of this trailer. They said they would remove the mirrors when purchasing the trailer, but that never happened also."

"This is such a nice and safe mobile hoke community. My friend has lived here for years and my experience has always been pleasant with their neighbors and the area in general. They have a playground and nicely paved roads. The yards are clean and well maintained as well. I would say it's definitely one of the nicer mobile home communities in St Clair County Illinois."
