"This is the second time this company has scratched my car. The first time, I went through the process of filing a claim, but after two week wait, they said they weren’t liable for the scratch. I decided to visit again, and the wash scraped the side of my car, leaving multiple scratches. When I called, they told me to go back up to the wash and file a claim. The wash is 15 minutes away. If you want to care for your car, don’t go to this wash. Update: They said they were liable for the damage. Never returning here again. The staff is very nice. Such a shame to have such friendly people and a horrible wash."

"UPDATED REVIEW: they aren’t allowing people to have the sticker not on the windshield. Which defeats the purpose of the express lane. I’ve gone ahead and canceled. If you have windshield tint or don’t like unnecessary stickers on your glass, I recommend you go to sparkle wash instead Not impressed. Left water spots all over the car. Sparkle does a much better job. Also be aware they will stick a sticker on your windshield. I wasn’t really given a choice of where to place it. It was placed in there before I had a chance to tell them I didn’t want the sticker. My windshield is tinted so I had to immediately remove it before it stuck in there because I’d have to damage my $300 tint to get it off. Just for the fact that they require a sticker instead of just scanning your plate like sparkle does I think I’ll be canceling service. The water spotting just made it worse."

"The water doesn’t get all of the soap on my windshield nor the side windows and leaves residue. The cleaning tentacle things also leave residue and streak marks all over my windshield and the last time i came in some metal piece hit my car and got stuck between the driver door and the hinge causing a scratch on the door when i went to exit my vehicle. Overall it is maybe a 3 star service max and after these past few months of going to different locations and using my subscription I can say that this is not worth my time nor my money with how expensive it is and I most likely will not be coming back. Previously I had also gone to another location with similar complaints (I ended up needing to pull over because I couldn’t see through my windshield) and had to call corporate only to be redirected to the original store where they told me to run through the wash again and the owner would “take care of it” only to leave the same residue on my car. I let it go and decided to keep using the service for the discounted wash subscription and it has continued to be subpar for the past 3 months at both locations in my city. Overall it’s a solid 2/5 stars. I would not recommend club car wash and I have since canceled my subscription."

"Just left there after a friend recommended trying it for their $1 special today (03/07). Any wash for $1, even the MVP. The person handling the booth was super kind, and they took cash. The guys that were spraying down the car before the tunnel did a really thorough job! Sparkle Express up in O'Fallon doesn't have that. These guys got the dirt that Sparkle left behind a few days ago. Miles above Sparkle! Will probably take our other car later today and definitely tell our friends about it. The only odd thing was that the blower at the end sounded like it popped my side panel? I got out and looked when it was done, but there was no damage. Maybe it was just the machine. Also, all monthly plans are only $10 for the first few months if you sign up soon. Seems like a good deal at over 50% off."
