"Staff is often unpleasant to work with, and their system to keep track of monthly parkers is complete trash. I have a ton of examples, but here are a few. I never cancelled my account even during the pandemic. The first time I went back to park in over a year, after paying that whole time, my pass didn’t work. I showed them my pass, asked them to look me up, and showed them the receipt from them for my payment that month, and they took 15 minutes to eventually decide to let me through (after initially telling me I just needed to pay). They also can’t look you up by anything except for your parking pass number, so if you happen to be on vacation when your automatic payment doesn’t go through, and you call to update it so your account doesn’t get a late fee, they literally won’t let you pay it without the pass number (because they apparently have no way to find your account). This happened to me, and I called before the month was out, but it was a Saturday so they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail, and called back first thing Monday, though a new month had started, and they charged me a late fee, despite me doing literally everything I could to give them my money on time."
