"Zero movement in getting out for hours after concert. Horrible organization. No one on site to problem solve."
"I was parked for 61 minutes. It would have been 40, but the elevators were broken as was the locked door. They charged me for two hours. I did get handicapped parking, but when you have to walk up and down four flights it is pointless. They did call me back, refunded an hour, and apologized."
"Horrible experience with these folks. I tried to reserve 24 hours ahead of time on their website. It was difficult to use but I made a reservation and paid my $15 bucks on line. As I went to "check out" this morning the automated machine told me I owed $60 more dollars. This was odd as I had pre paid and the max lost ticket fee was shown as $30. I pressed the assist button and waited for 5 minutes. Nothing. I called the Chicago number on the automated machine. After being on hold for a bit a person came on and said I had reserved midnight to midnight and needed to pay for the time since then. I asked pertinent questions and eventually they came back and said I could leave for only $30. I said that was unacceptable. They called an on site manager (where they were when I had previously pressed 'assistance' I'm not sure). They showed up with a security guard. I pointed out that I had been there for 20 hours not the 24 I had paid for. I also pointed out the posted $30 lost ticket fee. They said I still needed to pay $15 more dollars so I did just to be able to leave and check out of my airBnB. I will never use any of the iparkit garages in any town if I can help it. Heed my terrible experience and park somewhere else. Oh and it smelled a lot like urine."
"The place is a dump. Side window shattered out last week. Multiple problems for people from my employer parking there including gas siphon, catalytic converters cut off and cars broken into."
"Had my catalytic converter stolen while parking here for a week. Edit: Also almost had my wheels stolen. Luckily I had a security lug nut on each wheel. Unfortunately, 4 lug nuts per wheel was stolen."
