"So I couldn't find a good hand car wash anywhere on the Southside. I Googled best hand wash St. Louis and this business came up. So I said, "Let's try it. My truck looked great when they were done, and the owner and his wife were super cool. The entire time I was there, U spent talking to other customers, and we covered all types of subjects. So the time went fast. Speaking of time, this was my first time, and even coming early, they had 4 vehicles before me. So I was there a while. So I highly recommend that you drop your vehicle off if you can. If I had any recommendations for the business, it would be to simply take appointments, and it's easier to plan out your day and not overwork your crew. Then accept walkins on an as needed basis. That way, if there's an opportunity to get more money that day, you can plug in a walk-in. Scheduling also mentally prepares the employees of what type of workload they'll have every day. It also keeps the customers from waiting too long if they have to sit with their vehicle. Just a suggestion. I wish this family all the prosperity in the world with their business. Cheers"
