"This is a small, simple Park which commemorates the Herculaneum shot tower, which was the first tower west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The actual site of the tower is on a nearby cliff which is now on private property. This is a nice park, but it would better visit the tower's actual location. Down the street from the park is the Governor Daniel Dunklin Grave State Historic Site. It's also well worth checking out!"
