"Beware before starting to use their manual car wash. I used a card to pay and it keeps charging you the longer you use it...which would be fine if everything worked. Spent about 2 minutes trying to figure out why the wax wasn't working just for the worker to tell me they don't do wax because it clogs the nozzle. Then tried to use the no spot rinse and it didn't work. Worker then tells me it's broken and they have to have someone fix it. So I wasted about 4 to 5 minutes trying to use stuff they don't have despite labels saying they do and the staff is aware they don't have. I even mentioned to the staffer I wasted all this time and was getting charged and he just turned and walked away. Lol I guess they don't care because they already got your money. A place in O'Fallon has the same set up which I've used for over 25 years and it's cheaper and never had an issue with wax and everything works. Guess that's what I get for trying something new instead of sticking with what I know works."
"Great do it yourself wash that takes cards for payment instead of rushing around for quarters and the only self serve that's never out of their soaps and cleaning options other places are always out and stuck with just water this place stays up on their maintenance and always clean"
"The automatic bay did a great job. The bay was large enough to accommodate my full size SUV. I pulled in expecting to be sprayed down and through in under two minutes like most car washes. I was pleasantly surprised when it took more than a few minutes to complete the cycle as I knew I was getting a quality wash. I certainly feel like I got my money’s worth."
"Wow great auto wash triple foam worked great. The blower was ehh waste of money as the tip was missing. Power was was very good. Big bay for my large van. Had a automatic wash for those too dainty to be bothered. Big lot to get around in. Had not only a very good vacuum but spot remover and carpet shampoo in one"
