"I was expecting a mediocre experience based on the reviews. Appointment time at 5pm, arrived at 12:30pm. Scale empty when you arrive, Scale does weigh individual axles, checked in and in a door immediately across the street. Only need to get out to slide tandems. Loaded in 40 minutes. Rescale get bills and out. I was parked before my appointment time for the day. Super nice people, women in office was polite and helpful. I spent a total of maybe an hour there. Thank you"

"Ran into a slight problem with the scale house lady, made me sit for an hour. However once I got to a dock an hour later the guy was very nice and humorous. He loaded my truck and apologized, for what happened at scale house. Because of him, I give this company 5 stars. Thank you"

"Pick up load w 53 dry van. All Trucks must Scale in/out at truck entrance on Radio Rd/C.R. 900 just west of 57. Hard hat required. They have a big thing about hard hats/ driver's not touching wheel chocks & only sliding tandems in truck parking lot. Staff friendly and helpful. Apx on site for 2&3/4 hrs. Wouldn't let me check early, but they were busy."

"I don’t know I had a pretty good experience at this location. My appoint was set for 15:00, and they loaded my early at 10:00am. The lady at the shipping office was pretty nice too. They load fast, and also have a free scale on site. I think I’d go back again. Just make sure you have an appointment. By the way, dock 3 is kinda of annoying to back into."
