"I was going for no stars,,but couldn't. I went into this dealership August 2021. Got met in parking lot by a young black female. She helped me/(convinced me) to put my last $2200 down on a 2012 Captiva. Because I really needed a vehicle & she knew I was desperate. The 1st week in stalled/stopped. I contacted her she was no longer working there. I took the vehicle in..they wouldn't test drive it,,they just said it's fine. But they did give me free oil change in February. This vehicle continued to give me problems weekly. The dealership would not help me. Because I didn't have a warranty. The vehicle stopped again in April of this year & wouldn't start. I had it towed to another mechanic..and he told me the motor was blew. The fiance manager Jason & his salesman Mike Wheeler would not help me at all. So I am stuck with a carnote & no vehicle. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!"
