Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I use this Enterprise almost exclusively but this last time I was disappointed. While the car looked good and ran well, it smelled like a cigarette factory! We tried sprays and air fresheners to no avail. If we weren't pressed for time I would have taken it back. I may need to look into another Enterprise location or a different rental company altogether."

"The Swansea location was fantastic to work with, this instance was for an insurance rental. Dave was friendly and helpful, putting my family in a great vehicle that we grew to love so much, we rented another week on our own. Dave reminded me that they sell the rental vehicles when they're done, and he passed my interest to Rob in sales. LIke magic, i answered a few questions and was instantly armed with their inventory and several options via email. We will absolutely use this location again for future needs - awesome job!!!"

"This Enterprise is VERY unprofessional I wish I could leave -1000 stars!!! we made a reservation for our car MONTHS ago we get there today exactly at our pick up time and they say they don’t have any cars available and it’ll be a 1-2 hr wait for a car to come???? How do you not have our car when you knew we were coming for months now? where is the organization???? and to make matters WORSE they changed the original price of our booking!!! and then they claimed they tried to contact to me the day before and this morning to let me know, why did they put my number down wrong!! I never knew anything!!! DO NOT come here for business PLEASE"

"I've been getting rentals every week to 2 weeks and have had no problems or issues. I would recommend them to anyone from a one day rental to however long you need it. They are convenient and not far from home."

"Friendly and inviting atmosphere. The cars are okay, the one I received smelled like someone had the pet in the car. Seats had stains all over them. You guys need to get some newer model cars. Other then that customer Service was great"
