"Attached are photos of evidence that these people will go to any lengths to cheat you out of your money. I came from out of town, had a transmission alert, and brought in the car. Vehicle was diagnosed with 3rd gear issues. They required me to put 2k down under the understanding that the car would be fixed in the ballpark of $3-4k. The next morning, I got a phone call saying that there was no fluid in the transmission, and that it would need to be completely replaced for $8,300. That’s funny, because I wouldn’t have been able to drive the car to the dealership in the first place if that was the case, not to mention having had the transmission completely replaced under a recall 4 years and 15k miles ago. Of course, the transmission had been taken out of the car by then, so I advised them to keep the car (with 75k miles and good bones) and just give me back my 2k; I got it in writing that once they had the title, the 2k would be refunded. Upon giving them the necessary documents to file for a lost title, they refused to do a damn thing about the money I was down thanks to their crooked way of doing business-so I took matters into my own hands and got my bank involved. Of course, upon the bank’s investigation, I won the claim and the bank reversed the transaction. The only person in the whole place who I could tell genuinely cared was Stacey, the Service Advisor in the lounge area. She was the only one who wasn’t dead set on trying to sell me a 10 year old car with 90k miles for $14k. I hope she finds a better place to work for her talents and intentions. The rest (especially Ben Hagan, the Used Car Director) couldn’t wait to do whatever they could to screw over someone who was from out of town and desperate. BEWARE!"

Once in a while I even get to interact with the technicians which is always a great experience. It's nice to actually see who is performing the service to your vehicle. They always inform me of what services my vehicle needs and try to do it in a timely cost-effective way. "I was put in contact with Richard Witkowski, he was honestly super fun to work with while testing the car, and starting the paperwork. My wife and I went in there late on a Friday night. Not expecting anything other than to test drive this 2020 mustang GT. I ended up leaving with the car that night. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars, is there were several mistakes that were made on the paperwork extending the time we had to stay there. We got there at 6:45 pm and left at 10:30pm. Otto was very diligent in finding and correcting these mistakes, cross checking the information and making sure it was all accurate. Richard himself was amazing. He had my daughter laughing and talking about cars the entire time. Over all I had a pretty positive experience here, and I would be willing to recommend this dealer to someone looking to get into a nicer used car."

"I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester Premium here back in November 2023. It had only a little over 65k on it. I am a retired, disabled veteran. The staff, Tim and Ado, were very considerate and professional. Their Quick Lane service center reminded me of an upcoming 70k maintenance. Since I bought it there, they gave me a complimentary "Works" for the first service. Eric at Quick Lane had to remind me of this. They drove me home and surprised me later, delivering my car when it was finished. What a great group of people to deal with!"
