"After arriving after midnight at the St. Louis airport, being shuttled to the car rental place, standing in line for 40 minuets and then being screwed over by Budget rental, I was in a pretty big panic about how I was going to get to Columbia the next morning ( 107 miles away). I called several rental places - none of them take debit cards or prepaid debit cards - which was all I had on me since I had my credit cards stolen the day before we left. Budget was rude and despicable to me and didn't care I was stranded so I will never use them again. The clerk at the Crown Plaza Hotel referred me to All Aboard - he did say - he wasn't sure how nice a place it was but that they would help me. I didn't care - I needed a car. They were splendid. I was treated with respect and kindness they were accommodating - no hassle. They were so helpful and fast. Ya, it is certainly a no frills location and the cars are well used - some a bit dumpy. But we had a nice mid size car - ran great, clean, non smoking and did what we needed it to do. If I ever return to St Louis, I will return to this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in town."
