"I really wanted to like this used car dealership. Unfortunately, they acted like stereotypical used-car salesmen. THE GOOD: -The initial contact was great. -I was able to set up my appointment online which was very convenient. -The gentleman in the finance dept was easy to work with and very informative. THE BAD: - I trusted the salesman when he said, "We continue to take care of the client even AFTER the sale is made." -Once they knew what I needed my monthly payment to be and that I was in kind of a hurry to purchase a vehicle, my chance of negotiating a better deal was lost. -The vehicle had over a dozen Dents (one on the roof is the size of a softball) and smelled like cigarette smoke. Plus it had a few cigarette burn marks in the interior. -Because of the dents and the smell and the fact that it had no backup camera, I asked for a lower price. - They stated they could not come down in price due to how much they put into it.....including $300 to replace the front windshield. -Then they used the Carfax to prove the vehicles value so they didn't have to use KBB and factor in things like dents, burn marks and having no backup camera. -On the drive home I noticed there was a spot in the driver's view of the windshield and when I got home I realized that it was actually a chip. -After further inspection there are multiple chips and 2 cracks in the windshield….the one they said that they replaced. -I immediately contacted the salesman and asked if they could replace this windshield since they told me they had already done so but obviously had not. I got a windshield quote and it was $300, which was right in line with what the dealership said they paid. After 7 emails over a months’ time, they are no longer responding. It's now 2 months later and I'm still waiting to hear what his manager has to say about it. -Less than 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle the brakes started squealing. But I guess there was enough left on the brake pad for them to give me a clean safety inspection. -Just before the test drive I pointed out that the battery post was corroded. I didn't check it before purchasing and the vehicle wouldn't start after 7 days so I had to replace the battery cable. FINALLY This is one of those situations where a $300 windshield replacement would have allowed me to be okay with the overall experience enough to forget about the other issues on this list and just chalk them up to win-some-lose-some. Instead, now I’m left with a bitter taste and won’t do business there again."

"I have received a great support from Adam. He was really nice and he help us a lot to find the car and explain all the details. The APR that I received is 12.6 %. It’s not the best but I had only 9 months in the country, in fact another dealers rejected me for that reason. They offered a kit protection explaining all the details but I didn’t take it and everything was good, I had my new car same day and the support was really really good. Definitely I would recommend Frank Leta to buy a car."
