"I've rented from this location every summer for the last 5 years with no problems. However, this summer was different. I got a $250 cleaning fee due to "animal hair" when we never had an animal in the vehicle with us. I tried to fight it through Avis customer service, but they wouldn't budge. Don't use this place."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. This is privately owned and operated by foreign nationals, and they do NOT follow the rules of every other Avis. I have rented from multiple Avis locations and have ALWAYS been able to use my credit cards and pay with multiple cards. Not this location, not any location owned and operated by Khan. They refused to accept any of the three credit cards I had. The cards they would accept didn't have the price I was quoted online PLUS the extra 200 dollar deposit they tried to charge me at the location, and while EVERY OTHER AVIS will let you pay with two cards, this location would NOT. I was blindsided by this terrible experience, and the horrible lady behind the desk had such a thick accent that I could barely understand her telling me she wouldn't rent to me. Rent from Avis, but if you walk in and see the sign that tells you this location is owned and operated by Khan, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."

"I returned the vehicle in good condition, vacuumed, and wiped down on the inside. I received my bill with additional charges of $192.50 and tried to contact them to investigate the charges. I was told we ordered a radio service I didn't order and was not discussed with me. I was told I bought all the insurance coverage and signed for it, but I confirmed with the lady upon pick up of the vehicle on June 28th I just wanted the $35.87 coverage for roadside, not the full coverage. I disputed the charges and was told I would only receive a credit for around $100.00 or so instead of the entire amount since I signed the agreement. My lesson learned is that I must apparently stand at the counter and read every single paragraph prior to signing since the lady added unapproved charges I did not notice after confirming she did what I initially requested. HORRIBLE way to do business and I will never rent from AVIS again."

"I have a mixed review. They gave me a free upgrade to a jeep Cherokee that had been heavily smoked in and avis tried to mask the smell which made it worse. I had the suv for 2.5 weeks and I seriously opened all the windows, doors and back every single day with a box fan in the back trying to air out the vehicle. After 16 days of doing this the car finally started to smell OK. It was so bad at times I got a headache. I also wiped down all the seats and car interior with a wet rag to try and help eliminate the smell. I did check out fairly quickly when I picked up the suv. This is the 2nd time I have rented from this avis. Overall, aside from the extremely bad smelling vehicle, everything was fine. It was the nicest vehicle I have rented from avis as normally their vehicles are very stripped down with barely any features so it was nice to have a better vehicle."

"Had a very bad experience with the rental. Though the car we got seems to be fine initially, that has all the possible issues. Car play wasn’t working neither with wire nor wireless. Every time I take a car from these folks, the couple used to be nice and welcoming. Now a new guy is in the chair with rude behavior. Not welcoming at all. Car oil percentage dropped to 0% after we started our trip and its insane we had to fill lots of gas as the mileage was the worst due to the requirement in oil change. The screen keeps restarting. As car play wasn’t working though we aren’t using the screen for anything, restarting every time was tough. Just realized its so tough to drive looking in the maps in the phone all the trip if screen isn’t working. Indeed its not safe too. Had a bad experience due to the car given. I can actually add the video while restarting and how car play wasn’t working. Indeed touch om the screen wasn’t working. I don’t see an option to upload the video here though"
