"Picked up a skid steer with a mill head. Nobody at Fabick knew how it worked. I placed several phone calls with them and they said they would send out someone to figure it out. I lost 2 hours on my job. We had to call a friend that knew another friend that knew CAT devices. That's how we figured it out. Once we got the controls dialed in, the machine worked well. If you're going to rent out equipment, your techs should know how to use it. Nobody ever showed up to help."
