"I've just gotten this phone from there yesterday 12.11.2018 & already it's running hot, freezing up, & the battery dies 1hour after it's been off the charger. I've called to get an refund but was told that i couldn't get one. That I could only exchange the phone or get another one & pay the difference. Like I'm loosing out of money either way it goes. I paid 135 & some cents & you're telling me that I can only get $20 back oh wow. SMH. I'm only giving this 2 stars because of that. I haven't even had the phone for 24 hours yet.
