I called to ask about a thief that they encountered attempting to steal from them in the same Pick up that a young man was driving that stole part of my hitch receiver from mark twain blvd ayerco. She knows his name and freaked out on me. Told me to go f!@# myself. She must be related to the thief. The police retrieved my property from the same guy! Thanks Hannibal police!"

"Good amount of needed equiptment with good advice on which tool would be best for your project. Friendly personnel and good phone service to satisfy your needs.This place makes a lot of sense if your budget can't afford all that expensive equipment for a once and awhile jobs."

"I normally don’t rate services that I use. The only time is the the service is extraordinary or extremely poor. I have done business with Hannibal rental at least a dozen times. Spent thousands of dollars! Normally, they have just fair service. Today, and a couple other times, the equipment that I called in to confirm availability days in advance was not available! It is over an hour round-trip for me and I had already purchased diesel fuel for use with that equipment. I like the owner, but with limited time (our most precious commodity), their incompetence or failed business practices have handcuffed me for the last time."

"Most of the equipment doesn’t work or barely works. You’re paying a lot for stuff that barely works. They act as if it’s the customers fault when you bring back stuff that doesn’t work or try to say you don’t know how to use it. Unprofessional. I would definitely pay the extra $20 a day at other rental places."

"if you don't see it out, then ask they probably have it somewhere else or have a substitute. no other place to get all these things. unfortunately, people treat the stuff, some people, like its a rental for sure. so you need to check out whatever you are renting yourself to be sure it works before leaving. i always plug in the sewer auger when I rent it to help someone get their line open, have found the cord almost cut off by some incompetent person that probably got it tangled up in the machine. also found the cable badly kinked when some incompetent, pushes it into a block and keeps shoving it, instead of working the block open slowly. just plug in things and check them out there. on the machines, start them and see if it all works. price is reasonable compared to Troy rentals for example. super nice people. will help you out anyway they can."
