I had ordered this to arrive specifically for today. As it was a special gift I wanted to give to my significant other today. Of course this time they require a signature before being delivered. Had I known I would have been sure someone was present."

"NEVER PICKS UP MY PACKAGES ON THE CORRECT DATE. Why pay for 2 day shipping if it's going to just sit by the door for the two days?! Then I call to tell them and they still refuse to pick up my package cause they "don't have my address" on the list. I am pretty computer savvy, and for them to keep thinking this is my fault is unacceptable, JUST COME PICK UP MY PACKAGES!"
