FunCity Resort

"I love being at the fun city resort its closer to where I live at from Autumn Heights only 2min walk. Plus i work there at the Hampton Hotel. Fun places that I consider being in is probably The Bugaloo great food, Bowling and Arcade games."

"The place as a whole is fine but the employees need to do better! I had two cards I asked to be checked and the young lady working the desk said the one had nothing on it and took it away. I loaded the second card with funds. At the end of the transaction I asked for the empty card back so my son (2) could have it to play with. Turns out the card had almost 500 tickets on it still and .25 credits. Lesson learned. Check your own cards!"

"Great employees, updated rooms that are beautiful and cozy. This hotel is a part of a large entertainment commercial facility that rivals the Civic Center in San Francisco. If you want a "one of a kind" experience while in historic Burlington, then make sure you stay here. Amazing!"

"Pretty upset. Called ahead before driving an hour to take my family bowling and asked if they could accomodate 2 lanes so my child with special needs could play as well. (He needs assistance so would have to be on a lane with me while the rest of the family played on a different lane). They refused to accomodate stating a policy that is not stated in writing anywhere since we had 4 people in our party and not 6. When we called, we asked and they said its not a problem. Try explaining this to a special needs child and wasting 2 hours driving there and back... ADA guidelines clearly means nothing to them even when we were willing to pay for everything we asked for. It is not acceptable in the least!"

"Fun time with the kids. Get the large token package in the arcade…they’ll run right through all of them in no time. Lots of fun. Also there’s a water park that the kids like plus a decent restaurant. Never seemed too busy and I’ve been there multiple times."
