"Nice, new warehouse. Misleading signa and an archaic check-in procedure slow things down. You back up to docks with your doors closed and the loaders open doors, load the trailer, close the doors, and seal them. This would be fine except drivers are unable to check the securement of loads."
"TRAILER REJECTED FOR NO REASON. WE GOT HERE AT 2PM AND THEY MADE UP A STORY HOW THERE IS LIGHT GOING THROUGH IT, AND GLASS ON THE FLOOR. BEEN USING THIS TRAILER OVER 2 MONTHS HAULING FOOD-GRADE PRODUCT, NEVER ANY ISSUES. THEY WERE JUST LAZY AND WANTED TO GO HOME. BETTER COME HERE EARLY AND WITH A BRAND NEW TRAILER ONLY."
"Easy back, nice people. However, they loaded me incorrectly and put too much weight on my trailer, so I had to run half tanks all the way to Idaho. They stop shipping at 2 pm."
"Friendly staff, was given a dock quickly, but was there about two hours with very few trucks loading, probably could park overnight, back in with doors closed. They will load you, close your doors and seal the doors inside. There’s a Loves just down the road about a mile"
"Loaded in about an hour and a half. They open the trailer doors from the inside so I asked them to throw a couple straps on the load with the straps I provided. They said no problem and that they would.......(sign also posted in office saying if I want securement to let them know)..... I get all the way to my delivery in Phoenix to find none of my straps were used..... 2 stars for loading time. No stars for following simple directions. Photos are at delivery, as they don't allow you on the dock or in the trailer before they seal it here at Kent DC."
