"The gas pump seemed really slow. It took way too long for the gas to come out. Wasn't good."

"I recently stopped by the adjoining Big 10 Mart for a snack and a beverage before returning home to Bettendorf. I didn't need fuel at the time of my visit near this bp station, so I didn't actually use the pumps. From close observation, however, this bp appears to be in good working condition. There are eight pumps total, with the station positioned well from both Avenue of the Cities and 53rd Street, such that getting in and out of the pump area is relatively easy with the amount of room from either approach. One oddity with this pump is the unavailability of the "Ultimate" grade of fuel at any of the pumping stations. I wasn't sure why this was the case and didn't bother asking, as I don't need premium gas for my vehicle. The unavailability of the fuel appears to be indicated on each pump by a simple post-it taped over the grade with the word "NO" handwritten upon it. It seems a little cheap and crude, but I suppose it gets the message across. If I needed gas in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to stop here. The general convenience of the location and its relative cleanliness are reason enough. Thanks again, bp!"

"I have a physicians note stating I can’t wear a mask the cashier was so rude. Refused me service and just walked away from the counter. She had a mask and she had the plexiglass between us. Didn’t stop her from grabbing the same drunk I had my hand on but that 6 feet was sooo important. Won’t be back."

"I ran out of gas about a hundred feet from the gas station I walked in and asked the attendant if they had a gas can and they said they only have gas cans for purchase when I purchase a gas it was a one gallon red plastic container what I went to ring it up it was $15.19 . I asked the cashier that price is right and she said yes things cost a lot at the convenience stores I was in a bind and had no choice but to purchase a can I put one gallon of gas in it and walked away. I don't mind a company making profit what quadrupling the price of a gas can that should be 5 or $8 they made their money but they lost a customer for life I will never visit a big 10 Mart again I'll remember when passing them by to fill my car at the Shell station I would advise other customers to do the same. if an emergency ever comes up they'll surely take advantage of you and smile.."

"Every time I've been here, I land at a broken or out of service pump, NOT labeled or shown as such. Or, the gas pumps unbelievably slow. Definitely don't recommend this station."
