"Have an appointment today Saturday Jan 6 at 4pm. To get a new set of tires on my car. Sitting here now to a locked business. Nobody to be seen. No communication to me ,about not being here for my appointmet. This is about as bad as it gets for customer service. Can't even get a person to talk to. So guess I'm talking to Google. And anyone else who'd be interested."

He got us a new tire, noticed the age/ware of the current tire and recommend that we come in and replaced the other tire given the age/ware. Very helpful and knowledgeable."
