"This place is horrible. I lost both my parents in one year. I had a signed agreement with them for payments for 6 months to pay off my moms ashes. Two months before the due date, I got a letter in the mail from collections. They sent my account to collections when I had 2 months and 17 more days left to pay the balance. I called to tell them they did something illegal and unethical, the lady was very nasty, talking loud and did not care to help me, or answer why my account was sent to collections. She stated they can do whatever they like. She refused to let me speak to the owner or do anything to help. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In a time of grief and sorrow, all they care about is money. They do not abide by the contracts signed and have horrible customer service."
