"I sent my vehicle to this shop for extensive repairs, and was initially impressed with Brandon's knowledge. My car was in his shop for over 3 months and less than half of the work that I paid for was done. I literally picked up the car on the day that I moved 1000 miles away, because Brandon continued to fail to meet deadlines. His communication was extremely poor: I would have to reach out to him for updates and he would often not respond to phone calls or texts for days at a time. While my vehicle certainly had a lot of work that needed to be done, Brandon was given all the money he asked for and continued to make excuses as to why he was missing deadlines. When I finally was able to drive my vehicle after moving, I noticed that the steering was still broken (one of the first repairs I requested), the radiator and rear differential were leaking, the CV axles I asked him to replace were not done, the front struts that he agreed to replace were not done, and the undercoating he had applied was sloppy and peeling. I contacted Brandon to resolve these issues and he was extremely defensive and only took responsibility for a few of the discrepancies, claiming the rest must have been broken by me driving the vehicle. I have driven the vehicle less than 100 miles since picking it up, on extremely good roads only. He promised to reimburse me for certain repairs, and send replacement parts for others. I asked him to provide the part numbers/purchase orders for some of the big ticket items he claimed to have replaced, like the steering rack. It has been over a week since I initially contacted him with my complaints, and so far he has refunded me $0. He claims to have sent me parts, but stopped responding to me after I asked for the tracking information. He also has not sent the part numbers or receipts for the parts he claims to have replaced. He also blocked both me and my colleague, who initially referred me to him, from commenting on the Facebook page. It is clear he took advantage of the fact that I would be moving to take my money and not complete the repairs we agreed on, knowing I would have difficulty following up with him."

"I would highly recommend Big B's auto service. I broke down while on vacation. He was recommend by my nephews father's friend. I dropped my truck off on Sunday. I thought it was my rear outer bearings. He determined that it was the rear end that was shot. He ordered one at a reasonable price and had it installed one day earlier than promised. Labor was very reasonable. Thanks to h,my wife and I made it back home safely."
