"They will make an account for you that doesn’t work. If they ever have to use their card to get you into gate, DO NOT wash your vehicle. You will be a ghost to the system. I transferred a 3 year account which was never “transferred”. I was given fast pass which did not work and I was carded in. I vehicle was then vandalized by young blonde owner kid or someone who don’t care . Completely scratched a 7 day old vehicle fresh from dealership. Seeing that account was never “transferred” I was never there and they cannot find video of me being there even though I called them the same night the incident happened. They never contacted back in a weeks time just to say there’s no video available. So basically a worker gets to HATE on my new vehicle that was never at their establishment and he’s still working with no problem!! BEWARE!! GM telling me to use headlight restore kit from autozone to fix a brand new car. Their sorry response does not align with the attempt they made to fix the issue. The car wash commented that the car came off the truck scratched."

"I really liked using this car wash until my husband took our truck through one of the manual spray cleaners to clean the bed of his truck only. He put the debit card in and it didn’t go through so he tried again, it started working. Later when I checked our bank statement we had two charges, one for $16.00 and one for $6.00. I called the office and they told me that the $16.00 charge will drop off in a few days. A month later, it never got credited back. Wonder how many people have had extra money taken out of their account and not had it “fall off”."

"Vacuums and self serve bays are a plus but when I choose to have a touch free wash and what I get is a dirty car and damage to my vehicle...I wouldn't recommend. This is directly after exiting the wash. I was prompted to stop and park in the wash between the reflective markers. Once it started my whole car was jostled because the arm dispensing product had scrapped against my left rear end. Not once...but twice so at which point I inched further up. Didn't ever hit the opposite side so I'm assuming it's a mechanical error. Tried calling twice no answer... Not happy."

"Excellent excellent excellent Bruce scrubbed the front of my car and the windshield and was very personable and communicative and then as I was vacuuming I met Marvin they are both running this place like they own it and they are assets to the company this is probably the nicest car wash I've ever been to of this type. I went through the tunnel because I like to get the car completely scrubbed then I came to the vacuums. They also have quarter car wash and a touch-free. The owner spent a lot of money on this facility and it shows. I do like that they pay the employees well to keep them around because they are very nice speak English very well and are very personable. This is the cleanest and the best rinse I've ever had on my car no soap studs left keep up the good work I hope that 10 years later it's still running tip top."
