"I give 2 stars because he did a good job on my first vehicle I brought to him. Since he seemed like a nice guy, figured I would set my wife's new car up to get PPF installed. Everything seemed on track and was set to take the car in this afternoon. We had talked yesterday and confirmed I would be taking the car in still. This morning he left a nasty message after I was in a meeting for an hour and could not get back to him confirming my appointment (again)(he called 2 times in a span of 15 min). Called him back after getting that message trying to be nice, and just expected a simple apology regarding the nasty things said to me. I was met with a pretty passive aggressive dude. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere."

"I recently bought a new Corvette C8. I took it to Black Diamond for Ceramic coating, interior protection, window tinting and protective paint film. Very happy with the service and products. The car looks beautiful, love the 30% tinting. They did the film right. Taking off the bumper to wrap each piece while hiding the seams. This is my 5th car getting protective film, and this is the first car I have taken to Black Diamond. This is the best job I have received on any of my cars. The ceramic coating really makes the paint pop! The price was good too."
