"The driver of Westland mall bus after 2pm (goes by the name pops) needs to quit his job if he hates dealing with costumers so badly he can't be bothered to put them down for a pickup on a Saturday when he's in the office. I called at 10:55 am yesterday for a 9:45 pickup today; bus never showed up. I have proof of the call so if he says i didn't call he's lying. Other than him the service is good"

"This lady took 30 minutes to drop me off and didn’t even take me to my stop. She had to drop off a couple people which was obviously fine. She also stopped to go to the bathroom and that was also fine. She brought a cigarette on the bus which I believe is illegal if there’s a minor on board and then didn't drop me off at my stop because she’d have to “turn back around” if she did. Literally the worst experience I’ve had with you guys."

"The bus system is very great rich is a very good bus driver and I miss him I wish I could see him when I'm in Burlington this weekend and there's many other drivers that are great"

"My father in law takes the B.U.S. para-bus Monday - Friday. Pick him up at his home an drop him off at the front door of the Klein Center where he visits his wife for a couple of hours, then they take him back. The para-bus has a lift, which makes its easy for him to get on and off the bus. The drivers are careful with him and very helpful. The cost is very reasonable - $25 for a month pass. And the staff on the phone are also very helpful. Just a great service for someone in his situation."
