"Home Depot canceled my reservation at the last minute for an aerator for $96 for 4 hours. Called Avenue Rental at the last minute and they had one available for $42 for 4 hours. Customer service was excellent and the aerator performed great. When checking prices before going with Home Depot, Avenue Rental beat them all. In the future, Avenue Rental will be my first call without hesitation."

"TERRIBLE! They loaded the wrong equipment on our truck which cost us a day. When we went to return it and get the correct equipment, staff pressured and badgered our 18 year old worker to pay out of pocket with his personal money, even though it's a business account. The ower/manager is stating that we should have known we were given the wrong piece of equipment and they are only willing to share half of the blame and only willing to give us back half of the cost we paid for. Not to mention, he was terribly rude while on the phone and always rude when we go down there to pick up equipment. We've put up with his attitude this whole time because we were just trying to support small local business. Never again though. If you are going to argue with your customers at the very least try to do it with some tact instead of being disrespectful."

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman that works there seemed nice at first, but she became very unpleasant once the owner became involved. He was rude, jumped to conclusions, and was accusatory. The price may seem like a good deal, but it would be worth paying a little more money for decent customer service. I will be sharing my experience with anybody I know looking for equipment to rent, and I assure you it will not drum up business."
