"I went to the office to apply for spousal benefits shortly after my husband died. They pulled me up on the computer, then the guy said hold on I need someone else to look at it.So a woman comes out and looks at whatever is showing on the computer then she walks away. He said that he'd call me in the morning to let me know what's going on. I then went to pick up some groceries and to my shock and horror my account was empty!! She had taken every penny out and then said that I had been overpaid. That's a nasty, evil person that could do that!"
